The spread of good choices: pesto, hummus, olive tapenade as a basis for such a sandwich, add the vegetables. Adding a few strokes, try some whole grain Dijon mustard(Maille is a favorite character), or a thin spread of harissa - North African chili sauce.
Adding textures: try raisins, cereal, sesame seeds, dill, pickled gherkins, chocolate chips,popcorn or chips (if you eat a sandwich will) add.

Omnivores sandwich:
1. Add chicken or tuna salad with a spirit of lemon juice, paprika and garlic, finely chopped
2. Egg salad and steamed or grilled asparagus baguette or noodles pain
3. Smoked salmon and cream cheese (or sprinkle with dill meters optional)
4. Turkey, cream cheese and tomato on bread
5. Meat and avocado, or bacon, lettuce and tomato
6. Soft cheeses such as brie or goat with grated carrot, salt and cracked pepper
7. Hummus and boiled or fried egg
8. Turkey and cucumber raita to naan
Vegan sandwiches (vegetarian addition in brackets):
1. (Honey), peanut butter and banana
2. Bananas and chopped dates (ricotta)
3. Sliced avocado and olive oil with a little salt and pepper on wheat bread
4. Hummus and cucumber
5. Grilled asparagus with lemon vinaigrette and salad wrap
6. Almond butter, strawberry jam, and mango
