Healthy Christmas Snacks | Healthy Christmas Snacks For Kids

Healthy Christmas Snacks. Health and nutrition, children are our priority throughout the year. But when the spirit of Christmas through the air we breathe, we tend to be less forgiving and tender a little more when we see and feel the joy of our children "at the end of this year.

But of course, think that the health and well-being remains to be resolved at the back of our minds.

So this year attracted almost a close, let our children the night (or several nights) to remember by showing them that good food can be fun and healthy, all at the same time:

A Christmas Shake (while waiting for Santa to come)
Ingredients: 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup milk 3 tablespoons chocolate chips, one fourth teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Procedure: Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. You can serve with or without ice cubes in a glass or two.

Chocolate Popcorn
Ingredients: 12 cups of popcorn show, two and a half cup of beans (fresh can be alone, but for more than add flavor, good salt), one cup of light corn syrup, 11.5 grams of milk chocolate bits, half cup butter and / or margarine.
Procedure: Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. 
Grease a large burner pan, combine popcorn and nuts. In a saucepan, combine chocolate, corn syrup and butter / margarine. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Pour over popcorn and coat well. Fry (stir occasionally) for about 30-40 minutes. Cool. An outline of the bowl with wax paper, to be cooled popcorn.

Popcorn Balls (another way to enjoy popcorn)
Ingredients: 9-ounce popcorn that pops up, 20 grams of marshmallows, about 2 to 3 bars of milk chocolate or dark chocolate (for melting), 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, 3 to 5 bags of M & M milk chocolate (preferably with chocolate cuts 
green and red, the rest you can eat while you work).
Procedure: Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. 
Stir until smooth and shiny, remove from heat. Marshmallows melted in a skillet with butter or butter until smooth, combine chocolate mixture. 
In a large bowl, put in popcorn and pour the mixture, add M & Ms Shape into balls (butter on your hands because of some very sticky) and place on wax paper to set.
