2 cups rotini pasta taste, Smart cooking
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon extra light olive oil
6 tablespoons flour sauce
3 cups fat-free milk
1 / 2 teaspoon low-sodium salt (negligible)
1 / 8 teaspoon garlic powder
lemon pepper to taste
2 new cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup cooked fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 / 2 cup cooked fresh mushrooms, sliced
A 7-ounce bottle of red pepper
7.06 g of light tuna in water cutting envelope (optional drying)
1 / 2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tablespoon extra light olive oil
METHOD
Grated Parmesan cheese on wax paper. Remove some red peppers from jar, dry with kitchen paper and cut out half of your glass. Cook rotini in water until Al Dente (still small). Rinse with cold water, rotini, drain and place in mixing bowl.
Melt the butter and olive oil in large saucepan. Add the flour and cook soup and a half minutes. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly and cook until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Add the sauce ingredients. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in Parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over cooked rotini. Fold in green, mushroom beans, chopped red peppers and tuna.
Coat pan with non-stick spray Casserole. Pour ingredients into the pot stale. Stir in flour and bread crumbs olive oil extra light in the cup. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over the Casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
