Healthy Breakfast Muffins. Today I was preparing the most delicious breakfast muffin to you. I know it's a challenge at breakfast, especially if you are on the run so well to prepare in advance and only need a container in the fridge, ready to eat. Mine did not survive because they love kids, so I usually make two batches at a time.
These materials are as follows
1 / 4 cup canola oil
1 / 4 cup honey
1 / 4 cup raisins,
1 / 2 cup finely chopped walnuts,
1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 mashed banana,
1 peeled grated apples,
3 / 4 cup oat bran,
3 / 4 cup wheat bran,
1 cup skim milk,
2 eggs beaten a minute,
1 / 2 cup shredded carrots,
1 cup flour,
1 / 2 tsp baking powder.
First Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius or 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lamp oil 12 muffin cups cake tin. In the first bowl, combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon. In a second bowl of eggs, milk, honey, oil, carrots, bananas and apples. Stir in wheat bran and wheat bran in a bowl and wet ingredients in addition to sit for 10 minutes.
Now soft, double the flour mixture, walnuts and raisins into the wet ingredients. Fill muffin tins and bake muffins for about 20 minutes. Muffins should be firm. Let the muffins cool slightly and then converted to a cooling rack. You can eat warm or let cool, it's up to you, but I believe that our muffin recipes to keep as much as we do.
